Each year my husband and I host a client open house on our farm and this year we had about 550 guests. I asked Kim with Social Graze to set up charcuterie tables for my guests to "graze" on while standing in line for dinner. Kim had everything ready to go by the time guests arrived. The tables were so beautiful that guests were gathered around taking pictures for quite awhile. They were an absolute hit and I highly recommend Social Graze whether your gathering is small or large. Our gourmet charcuterie and cheese will keep your guests engaged, create flow, provide a sophisticated atmosphere, and serve as a social gathering point — perfect for all of your memorable occasions. Feast with your eyes and explore our most delectable offerings.
More than 14 days before event:
Retainer is non-refundable but can be applied as a credit toward a future booking within 3–6 months.
7–14 days before event:
50% of the total invoice is due. Retainer is applied toward that balance.
Less than 7 days before event:
100% of the total invoice is due due to product ordering, prep time, and scheduling.
All boards are ready to serve from the time of pickup. Store under refrigeration until about 30 minutes until your ready to serve for optimal freshness. Boards are best the day you receive the order.
First, let us know when and where the event is happening and how many people you will be serving. We need to know if the venue requires a permit. Please review the style options for graze tables on our website prior to sending the inquiry for your event. A minimum of 30 guests is required for a table and the minimum starting price is $600.
Cancellation Policy for Grazing Tables
Booking & Deposit:
A non-refundable retainer of 50% is required to secure your date.Your event date is not held until the retainer is received.
Date Changes / Rescheduling:
One-time reschedule allowed if requested at least 14 days in advance, subject to availability. Within 14 days, rescheduling is treated as a cancellation.
Our tables contain or have come in contact with common food allergens including (but not limited too): peanuts, tree nuts, soy, eggs, wheat, fish, shellfish or dairy products. Clients with sensitivities should exercise judgement and please let us know to not include specific ingredients and take precautions to reduce the risk of cross-contamination, we CANNOT 100% guarantee that any of the products are safe to consume for people with any of the above listed allergies.
